Pictures of your vehicles interior might be requested prior to appointment to better assist with preparing for your vehicle. Especially if you are requesting stain removal.
Pictures and video recordings may be taken of your vehicle before, during, and after for marketing and customer satisfaction purposes. If you would like to opt out of your car being photographed or video recorded, please request before detailing starts.
Any identifying information in or on your vehicle will be kept safe and will not be shared in any form.
Your detailer will always be identifiable, wearing Gadlage Auto Detailing gear.
Payments are due in full upon completion of detailing. If you need an invoice, please send a request and we will provide you one as soon as possible.
Your satisfaction is our priority. Please contact us if you have any concerns. We will strive to rectify them as soon as possible.
Loyalty Cards will be stamped per vehicle; license plate number must be on the card. Loyalty cards can be redeemed on the 6th purchase (appointment).
